Actuellement, en tant que chef de projet, il dirige surtout le service « Études et travaux neufs », dont la principale mission porte sur le pilotage des projets dans l'Aciérie. Les responsabilités d'un chef de projet commencent dès la préétude à la concrétisation du projet.
