I love public speaking and I am passionate about my topic. Because I've got ADHD, I've got the attention span of a gnat and can't bear to bore anyone. So you'll find my talks peppered with jokes, stories, fun facts and genuinely useful information that attendees can actually use in their daily lives. I'm autistic too, so I over-deliver on pretty much everything. I develop each presentation with the dedication of a master craftsperson, because I figure if people are going to give up their time to listen to me, I should give them the best experience I possibly can. I've had public speaking training (I never present with notes), and I've even had voice coaching to improve my delivery. My background is in communications and I have been an entrepreneur for 16 years. I run a neurodiversity consultancy - training organisations on being inclusive and why it will actually benefit them. I do a lot of speaking and advocacy in my free time too - I'm passionate about promoting the positives of conditions like autism, ADHD and dyslexia and bringing this knowledge to a wider audience. Did you want a bit of personal stuff too? OK. I live with 5 boys (1 adult, 2 small, 2 feline) in a suburb of Manchester that estate agents call "leafy". I worry about banana monoculture and wonder what that weird noise is that my car is making.. I love nature and food and also you - for managing to read to the end of my bio. Thanks!

Let’s get one thing straight: Binod is not a motivational speaker. He hates the label—and for good reason. Those talks? Big on hype, light on substance. Binod’s keynotes are the opposite: sharp, practical, and packed with hard truths your audience needs to hear. His style? Think real-world experience meets no-nonsense advice, with a shot of humor and adventure. Whether he’s tackling leadership, career pivots, or personal growth, Binod delivers insights that stick—and push people to act. Binod brings serious credibility. He’s held leadership roles at KPMG, EY, and Nakheel, where he helped raise the world’s largest convertible Islamic bond. Later, he co-founded Genesis, a financial training firm he scaled and sold to Kaplan, a $2 billion global powerhouse. He’s a Chartered Accountant, a CFA charterholder, and holds a Level 7 Coaching & Mentoring qualification from ILM. He’s also the author of Let’s Get Real: 42 Tips for the Stuck Manager, and a regular guest on Bloomberg and CNBC. But Binod’s not all business. He’s a hardcore adventurer who’s summited 13 mountains across three continents (including Kilimanjaro and Elbrus), cycled punishing routes like Manali to Leh (463 km), and completed multiple marathons. His personal grit shows up in every talk. What makes him different? He simplifies the complex, keeps it real, and leaves audiences fired up to make meaningful changes. No fluff. No clichés. Just impact. Bottom line: If you’re after a keynote speaker who challenges, connects, and delivers practical value—Binod Shankar is your guy.

Faith is at the foundation of all I do, and my life is a testimony in itself… There are some who’ve always known what they wanted to be when they grew up…that wasn’t me! What I knew for sure is I wanted my life to be impactful through service, the kind that would span generations. My passion is to impact the community through what I do and how I’ve been blessed to share my gifts, i.e. empowering women business professionals and their businesses through personal branding and marketing, leading each to see how they can achieve their goals along with a level of financial fitness which gives us all that we desire = Options (Freedom). My journey as a young single mother has taught me that ‘courage goes where confidence dares not,’ and that path has brought me to this point in my life where my goal is to enable others to rise above any obstacles they may be faced with on the way to their goals. As the CEO (Confident Executive Officer) of Confident Closers Branding & Consulting Agency, our mission is to lower the number of women who reach almost to the end of their lives regretting the things they never accomplished because of fear and lack of community to encourage and empower one another. There’s a certain fulfillment that comes with serving others, and for me, this is the pathway to real significance. My purpose is to share my passion for Personal Branding and to create a tribe of women who resonate with these values. I’m a creative who pays special attention to detail and yet I’m a visionary thinker who’s always able to plan ahead with innovation. These qualities help to set me apart and bring both worlds together. I started off by saying, Faith is at the foundation of all that I do and my life is a testimony in itself, and well, all our lives are… What will yours be? I’m proud to have been selected as a Women with Vision for 2019 by 20/20 Vision for Success Consulting. I love my clients. I love being a leader/mentor. I love my mentors. And I am blessed to do what I love!

I am passionate about helping people maximize their potential and interpersonal skills. Graduated from International Relations,I then continued studying to postgraduates degrees on Negotiation and Strategic Human Resources. After many years at Google, working mainly with young professionals and dedicating my 20% project time with the Learning and Developing team, I decided to broaden my horizon and left to Barcelona to work at Cien, an AI-first startup. I have learned a great deal about how the tech world works, from a tech giant to an early-stage startup, what makes someone thrive or suffer in that environment and what tools are available to each one of us to make this professional journey more entertaining and less stressful. Now, with Go Forward, I wanted to create a space where I can share those learnings and with these tools, help someone else be happier at work.
