In 2018, we started a coaching business, just one client at a time, solving real problems for small business owners who were overwhelmed, losing money, or simply couldn’t get their teams to execute. We called it Accountability Now because that’s what was missing: accountability, structure, and clear follow-through. One of our early clients was Noomii.com, a coaching directory with potential but no real direction. We worked closely with them, helping the company grow from the inside. Six years later, we came back and bought the business. That’s the story. Today, I lead Accountability Now and Noomii.com. At Accountability Now, we work with small business owners who are trying everything but nothing’s moving fast enough. We help them focus, fix what’s broken, and build a business that works better than it did before. At Noomii, we support coaches who want to grow real practices. Not just get more leads, but actually build something that lasts. In an industry full of people preying on coaches with empty promises, we do the opposite we offer tools, community, and actual results. I’m also the author of SCORE, a framework that challenges everything we’ve been taught about scaling a business and accountability. We’ve misunderstood it for decades. Accountability isn’t just a leadership skill. It’s the catalyst of epic performance and, when misused, the addiction behind toxic cultures and bad behavior. I also contribute to Forbes and serve as Head of the Forbes AI Council, where I lead deep, honest conversations with top experts about what AI is really doing to business, leadership, and work. These aren’t surface-level talks. They’re the conversations that matter, grounded in the real-world impact AI is already having. He appears in the documentary "Fish Out of Water," which explores LGBTQ+ themes in the Bible. His contributions are featured in Dr. Ruth Westheimer's book "A Guide to College Life," Liliane Colburn's "The Green Room: A Mother's Truth," as well as in the LGBTQ+-focused books "Tell Me About It 2" and "Tell Me About It 3" by St Sukie de la Croix and Owen Keehnen. In January 2020, he delivered a compelling keynote address about the Intersection of LGBTQ+ Civil Rights and Community Empowerment at the World Peace Conference in Ontario, CA, aimed at fostering lasting change, acceptance, and peace for LGBTQ+ individuals and their allies around the globe. Greg is crafting a compelling memoir that weaves together stories from his childhood, career, and remarkable life journey.
