I worked in leadership roles in the last decade. Since 2014, I have worked remotely as a creative leader at startups. I have scaled and managed remote teams from 5 to 50 and helped remote businesses to go from idea to fundraising as a CMO/COO. I saw many companies with lousy setup and leadership, which affected their teams, ultimately, their success and growth. The more remote companies launched in recent years, the more bad examples I saw.
