I have over twenty years experience helping people to use their conversational skills to make presentations. Presenters don’t have to learn how to speak, they do this every day of the week with energy and fluency. The key thing they need to understand is what the audience is hearing, and what makes a presentation engaging for them. I teach a masters course on this topic at University College Dublin, train companies in the private sector (Microsoft, DePuy, Wyeth, Medtronic, ESB) and have written two books, most recently ‘Awful Presentations’, 2017.
