My name is Melinda, my friends and family call me Lynn, but I prefer MimiLynn. As a talented, courageous, militant, tenacious, and thorough young Lady of African descent, it is my pleasure to share with you some of my skills, insight, etc. The need for the Game Changers Academy To build resistance, to disrupt the familiar and the status quo. To formidably go against the grain, as I like to call it. The purpose of this academy is to equip those who have no background for what they are pursuing. To uplift, inspire and support the fundamental, foundational process to reach and exceed a goal. I started GCA, with the idea to move people to action. Where there is stagnation, there is also staleness and decay. As a people, we do not desire nor do we have time to waste. My focus is not predicated or limited to one idea, but many. I hope to change the systems of education, but influencing those in positions of authority to solicit change. Especially with our young Black Females and Males. Our young Black males are dying at an alarming rate and this is in part due to disease, prison, drugs, police brutality, etc. It is our purpose to lift each other to greater heights.

Coach Itu is also the Debating National Head Coach of Team Tanzania, appointed by Tanzania Competitive Rhetoric Organisation -the country's only and official Debating recognition body. He is responsible for preparing the Squad for the World Schools' Debating Championships, the World's largest Debating World Cup. Coach Itu was also a 6-time Chief Adjudicator at Heart of Europe Debating Tournament, making him the second longest-serving Chief Judge of the prestigious tournament. He has worked, and done pieces of training, with Frankie Cena, Canada's premier Speech and Debate Coach. He was called up to work with the South African Department of Basic Education's Media Team on hosting the National Senior Certificate Awards and Announcement Ceremony, Anchor The Big Interview on the Department's YouTube Channel and several other projects. He is also recognised by the City of Johannesburg's Office of the Speaker, the Johannesburg Student Council, The Constitution Hill, Brand South Africa, Dr Richard Maponya Institute, Gordon Institute of Business Science Spirit of Youth Program, Gauteng Department of Education, as he has done marvellous amounts of work with all of the organisations. Coach Itu is currently the Executive Head Coach and Chief Executive of the Coach Itu Academy, an academy he founded in 2015. Sean is a graduate of New College of Florida, where he studied and received a bachelors in Marine Biology and Ecology. After graduating with honors, he became an Aquatic Biologist working in the swamps, lakes, and other bodies of water found in Sarasota and Manatee Counties. After being disillusioned by the traditional, costly, impermanent, and ineffective systems within the private sector of environmental management, he began researching alternative methods of restoring Florida's landscapes to their most balanced and natural forms. Rising from the ashes, Eileyn Chua is not a normal motivational speaker; she is also a burn survivor. Sharing her own painful and difficult journey, you can be assured it would not be theoretical in nature. She started her journey in the legal profession by being involved in various fields which include civil litigation, bankruptcy, probate and administration of estate, divorce matters and conveyancing. She discovered public speaking through Toastmasters in 2006 while attending a club meeting at Bayan Baru Toastmasters Club. Eileyn became an active member for over 10 years. During the said period, she held different positions in the club and was the President of the Club for the term 2011/2012. She was also the Secretary for the Toastmasters District 51 Annual Conference held in 2015. On 15/04/2016, in a blink of an eye, her life changed forever. There was a gas explosion at her home and as a result, she suffered 80% burns on her body. She nearly died that night and also at the hospital. Her perception of life has changed since then. Eileyn now advocates for the formation of a burn survivor support group in Malaysia and is currently writing a memoir of her experience as a burn survivor. She is also 1/3 of The Spunky, The Rebel And A Mama, a collaboration between herself and 2 other inspiring individuals. Together they inspire others to live their life to the fullest. They have produced a chapbook series, the first book "Life, Love & Passion: A book of Poems" and the second chapbook "Snippets Of Life". They conduct workshops together and are also empowerment coaches for other women. For the first time in 2022, Eileyn has written in Bahasa Malaysia and her story can be found in DISASTER! a collection of stories from survivors and frontliners. In this second chance in life, she believes in not limiting her potential. At the end of 2022, one of her fictional short story was published by a local publisher in Malaysia in an anthology called "The Big Book of Malaysian Horror Stories". In November 2025, she published her memoir "When An Explosion Knocks You Down". Eileyn has also been invited to share her inspiring story on various platforms online and offline.

Born and raised in southern England. My life pivoted on a run in with a life changing illness in 2011. After which I went from a being a self-defence specialist to diving into the more rewarding nonprofit sector, intent on doing good after nearly having my life snatched away. I learned from the ground up what works and doesn't work in terms of fundraising and nonprofit structures, plus I studied and honed the means of how to best organise and motivate a hugely diverse group of people, both paid and unpaid staff. I then headed out to examine the nonprofit Industry around the world, working in Thailand and the south of France, amongst other places, bringing all my experience and hard earned advice together in a new venture called Light-on-light. This project aims to unite the power of a multitude of personal stories to illuminate wider human truths and give advice to those affected by similar circumstances. It unites my passion for those incredible unsung heroes who keep the world turning, my passion to educate and my passion to write. Around this I have my own publishing company called Weather house books Ltd, a best selling memoir about my home town Brighton called 'A Brightonian book' plus a 12k Instagram writing page. I'm a regular contributor to both print and online publications plus my work has been performed on British radio. I'm energised to meet and speak to as many people as I can, if I have one hour of your time, I make sure that hour makes a difference. Lou is a graduate of Adelphi University & NYU Post Graduate Medical School, a former NYU Post Graduate Medical School Instructor. He was appointed Chairman and lead instructor for a federally granted program at the Educational Opportunities Commission, Bronx, N.Y. Lou also developed and facilitated after-school and summer programs for youth. Using all his experience and knowledge he developed the program and wrote the book Our Emotional Life. In his spare time, Lou is an artist, athlete, and an avid martial artist. He loves to eat fresh food and cooks daily.
