Each moment holds within it a choice to go beyond survival. Rose founded Leonty3C.com, a Canadian firm that helps people shift into thrive. Her industry background as an IT project management leader, instructor, speaker, and facilitator combined with her professional creative background as an internationally-recognized composer and vocalist, shares one mission: to inspire days-well-lived. As the daughter of a WWII survivor, she began her career at a young age so to take care of herself and her elderly father who navigated the daily impacts of post-war trauma. By the age of 20, she was representing Canada as a speaker at international conferences while finishing her degree at UBC and developing her management consulting profession. Over 20 years later, her consulting cases span a variety of organizations, including for-profit, non-profit, government, and academic arenas. Her specialty is empowering project team functionality, action follow-through, and productivity. Her workshops boost quality of action through an integrated tactical and human approach. Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, she has worked extensively through Canada and in 2009, moved her office and production studio to the spectacular Fundy Isles region in New Brunswick. Meet Tina Arnoldi, the founder of 360 Internet Strategy, and a resident of Charleston, SC since the late 1990s. She is qualified in both Google Analytics and Google AdWords, and part of the Google Partners program. She helps clients develop and manage their internet strategy. Tina is also an experienced presenter, offering instruction on topics including Google tools and social media. As a licensed professional counselor (LPC), she has a unique set of qualifications. Andrew R. Jones is a Marine Corps Combat Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, participating directly in the Shock & Awe campaign of 2003 with the 1st Marine Division led by General James “Chaos” Mattis. Upon returning home he immediately began struggling with the symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, including; nightmares, anxiety attacks, fits of rage and major depression. Andrew went down a path of destruction resulting in homelessness, alcoholism, jail time, divorce, loss of custody to his children and suicidal behavior. The day came where he had to make a choice. Life or death. He chose life and began moving forward with a Marine Corps mentality of motivation and a commitment to never surrender. He has published a book of poems and short stories focused on the struggles of coming home from war titled Healing the Warrior Heart and has been published in several books and literary journals. He now serves as the Founder/Executive Director of Operation Shockwave, sharing his story and passion for life to bring hope to those still in the darkness, while presenting the ability to utilize military principles and training to achieve overall success. He does so through community workshops, motivational talks and through a Veteran Leadership Unit where he trains other Veterans to guide fellow warriors out of the darkness and into an area of success and true joy in life. Andrew is also highly active in his church and assists in leading a Men’s Life Group, encouraging men in all areas of life through God’s Word.
