Dr. Kristilynn Turney is an educational leader from Cincinnati, Ohio, with more than two decades of experience transforming schools through strategic planning, leadership development, and equity-centered practices. She has served as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, district leader, and consultant, most notably as the first Black principal in two schools, where she led cultural and instructional shifts in increasingly diverse communities.
