In 2018, we started a coaching business, just one client at a time, solving real problems for small business owners who were overwhelmed, losing money, or simply couldn’t get their teams to execute. I’m also the author of SCORE, a framework that challenges everything we’ve been taught about scaling a business and accountability. We’ve misunderstood it for decades. Accountability isn’t just a leadership skill. It’s the catalyst of epic performance and, when misused, the addiction behind toxic cultures and bad behavior. I also contribute to Forbes and serve as Head of the Forbes AI Council, where I lead deep, honest conversations with top experts about what AI is really doing to business, leadership, and work. These aren’t surface-level talks. They’re the conversations that matter, grounded in the real-world impact AI is already having.
