My expertise in human trafficking, missing persons, & special victims investigations was developed through formal education & a quarter century of public service. I have been a solider, federal agent, & state special investigator. My last decade of public service was as the state special investigations liaison to San Antonio police department special victims unit. One of my accomplishments was authoring a protocol for Texas child services response to youth missing from foster care. In 2016 I left public service to dedicate my time to the fast-growing issues related to human trafficking. I provide my clients with training, consulting, & investigative services. I also volunteer my time to agencies & organizations that are creating models that will provide comprehensive solutions for exploitation survivors. I am dedicated to increasing public awareness while assisting organizations that are beginning to prioritize time & resources addressing the rapidly growing issue of modern day slavery. I have had the honor of laying the ground work for governmental & NGO partners to create the first 24/7 non-detention emergency facility for runaway, street, & trafficked youth. I am now providing my services to help other NGO partners to open a transitional housing, treatment, & vocational training shelter for adult human trafficking victims. I provide advocacy, quality training, professional presentations, and investigative services. For more on me, & my services, please check out my webpage at http://www.chuckpaulllc.com/ I look forward to the opportunity to provide your agency with my services.

Jared Redick has many of the world’s business leaders on speed dial, a list curated from twenty years of experience helping captains of industry, technical architects, and creative innovators quietly shape the next steps in their careers. He also helps early- and mid-career talent define their value, and then reverse engineer their two- to ten-year goals. Drawing on his “purpose, content, design” approach to coaching and writing, Jared built The Résumé Studio on early-career executive recruiting roles in New York and San Francisco for two nationally-retained search firms. During that time, he conducted searches for Fortune 15 companies, Top Ten law firms, and leading nonprofit organizations and foundations. Articles and quotes have appeared in the American Bar Association, Legal Career Journal; BusinessInsider.com; Dynamic Search Solutions, UK; Forbes Coaches Council; Mental Floss; National Association of Women Lawyers; The Times of India; and RD.com. Recent conferences, university symposia, and corporate trainings include Beyond Academia, CFA Institute, University of California, Moss Adams, LLP, National Resume Writers' Association, and The Harvard Club of Washington, D.C. His speaking library includes, “Why Retained Search Doesn’t Want Your Inbound Résumé,” “How to Conduct a Stealth Job Search Under Everybody’s Nose,” and “LinkedIn Is Not Your Resume.” In 2009, he published Jared Redick's Job Description Analysis, an insightful career discovery exercise that helps people evaluate and set realistic next steps using their own collection of ordinary job descriptions. His use of the tool with the University of California Humanities Research Institute (UCHRI) inspired tutorials by the Modern Languages Association (MLA). In business the hardest part of what you do isn't the actual work it's the people part. Every single time we interact with others there's a chance things will go sideways and those risks come with a cost. We work with individuals and teams who know to win projects it takes more than just having the best or smartest ideas. Success depends on how a project or idea is presented and communicated. When you only have one chance why risk and hope your presentation is clear. We help you ensure your message reaches your audience and inspires them to want to work with you. Communication skills are no longer optional in the current business climate. Lack of communication skills is career limiting. Period. The thought of them being considered 'Soft Skills' makes us cringe. We work with teams that bid on large projects and individuals who are working at advancing their careers. That's the skills coaching side of Clear Path Media. The training side of the business delivers seminars on the above presentation and communication skills and more. Seminars are approved for professional education credits. We offer business CE accredited seminars by RIBO, The Institute, IAFP and Life Licenses.

I help leaders improve their resilience, productivity and influence, so they achieve more in their lives and live boldly, happily and with less stress. - Too many leaders live their lives at 100mph, deluding themselves that they thrive on the buzz whilst; A) Cutting corners on important things. B) Sacrificing precious things for trivial gains. C) Over-promising on what they can deliver. D) Living by instinct rather than calm reflection and intelligent strategy. E) Letting down those who are closest to them. The result? Broken marriages, long term health issues (mental and physical), under-performing teams costing thousands in lost revenue, unrealised personal potential, poor interpersonal relationships at home and work: who wants that? - Too many leaders get drawn into things they'd rather avoid, or battles which are not theirs to fight, so they become: A) Overwhelmed by the number of tasks they have to juggle. B) Drained by the constant fire-fighting. C) Distracted from the important things they should be addressing. The result? burnt-out leaders who cannot cope with their roles, who struggle to handle their emotions and who make poor decisions when they most need to be smart: who wants that? I'm passionate about creating a generation of healthy leaders, who are equipped to handle themselves when they're thrown into the raging, white water rapids of leading a team. I'm passionate about creating leaders who are successful at work, enjoy happy family life and are in good physical and mental health ... NO-ONE DESERVES TO MAKE THEMSELVES SICK THROUGH WORK! It's this passion which fuels my speaking and coaching. I pride myself on delivering accessible, unique insights in an entertaining style, so as well as enjoying my talk, every person has learned something which they didn't know before. In my spare time, I'm an outside, water-loving 43 year old, who proudly retains his juvenile sense of humour, is an expert dad dancer and ignores the fact that he's now middle-aged. I'm also a dad to 4 energetic kids, which means 2 things. 1) I have very little spare time, 2) I'm a taxi-driver, cleaner, porter, triage nurse, war-zone reporter, chief investigator, law enforcement officer, diplomat, relationship counselor, health & safety officer, multi-skilled entertainer, cook, maid, slave, expert choreographer and fashion consultant/guru (my teenage daughters would unanimously dispute the last two).
