Jason E. Fort was born and raised in Greenville, SC, by a traditional southern family. He is the oldest, and biggest of three boys. His parents allowed him to be heavily involved with a small local church, and he went on to attend a small Christian college and pursue a brief career in education as a PE teacher. Along the way he taught and coached basketball, baseball, and football. He also found his way into the fitness industry, and eventually the YMCA. He wanted to make more money for his family, so one day he walked into a local bar and asked about a job as a bouncer, after hearing about the place through a neighbor. After a five year attempt at being the nicest bouncer in town, people began telling him he needed to go into law enforcement or security. He began working as a police officer in 2010, and still works as a police officer to this day. He grew up with a flair for drawing, and has since channeled that creative energy into storytelling. His stories are meant to enlighten readers by using real current events and speculating 'What if?', with an emphasis on conservative values and Christian beliefs. Although he provides intense action and violence (but not gore) within the stories, his upbringing in church depicts a theme that no matter how bad things get, God can still shine a light through it all...a concept that is more American than most people are willing to admit. I already blog and post videos, but I enjoy an audience. And I know I have a positive message to share with just about any audience. Although I would prefer to give a Christian message, I can deliver a motivational and educational message about everything from safety, to fitness, to motivation, to writing novels. Let’s Converse (c) 2017 was born out of the need for healing in our community. One of the first steps to healing is talking about the problem. Hence the mantra “Talk is Valuable.” Voice is powerful and can be life-changing. Conversation is also necessary in building healthy relationships, be it with oneself, others in your life, or God. We often avoid approaching meaningful and necessary topics of discussion because it is difficult to be vulnerable. Nadine G., owner of Let’s Converse, created this company to be a conduit of safe dialogue that would inspire you to tell your stories, share your perspectives, and move towards healing. It provides a multitude of services, all promoting the same goal, “conversation.” Nadine G., counselor, motivational speaker,author was born in Brooklyn, New York. She pursued her undergraduate degree at Syracuse University and received her Master’s degree from New York University. Nadine G. is of the first generation in her family to attend college. Nadine G. attributes her love of learning and of sharing knowledge to her great-grandmother, daughter of sharecroppers who only received a 4th-grade education. Ever since she was a child, Nadine G. has loved to write. She definitely was a natural creative, but this gift became her outlet when the things in her life were challenging. Well, my story is quite a journey. It begins with growing up in the neighborhoods around south central Los Angeles, excelled in sports but abruptly cut off by joining a gang and became immersed inside the gang sub-culture of Los Angeles. By the time I was 19 I was heavily involved in gang activity which would resort in me being arrested and convicted to a life sentence in a California Prison. During this time, I finally got it right, went back to school during my incarceration, took some college courses and vocational trades. Finally, my mission became clear to help others like me. My transformation was received well by warden and prison officials which reached the Capitol. Eventually I was found suitable for parole and released back to the community after 22 years of incarceration. I’ve been accepted as a speaker at the institution that I was released from, which is one of the reasons I was so inspired to pursue the JMT certification program. Now, I need help figuring out how valuable this tool can be to train prison officials and inmates alike. JMT transformation is a need to reform our prison system and so much more related to the criminal justice system.

My name is Tracie'e DeMille and I am also known as Tracie'e Dee, the talk show host of the Ebb and Flow Show on KUBU FM 96.5 in Sacramento California.
