Hi, I’m Eirini Fotiou. From the bustling boardrooms of London, Brussels, and Athens to the stages of over 15 international conferences, I’ve taken on diverse roles at renowned companies like SWIFT and MASTERCARD, in the financial and the management consulting world. Alongside my dynamic career of 10+ years, I've been academically enriched with two Masters in Management and International Management from the London School of Economics. However, amid the rhythm of life's ebbs and flows, I encountered a defining moment that altered my course: breast cancer when i was 29 years old. This wasn't just a physical ailment; it served as a profound invitation to reevaluate every facet of my existence—from my core priorities to the very essence of my relationships. This transformative episode led me on a journey of genuine forgiveness, nurturing profound connections, and, notably, attuning to the whispers of my inner voice, my intrinsic essence. Each time I recount this chapter of my story at conferences, I'm met with the overwhelming feedback that it resonates deeply, inspiring many. Rising from this transformative phase, I embarked on a new academic endeavor. I first became a certified Health Coach and then earned a Masters in Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy from the Central University of Lancashire. With this newfound knowledge and my personal experiences, I established a non-profit organisation 3 years ago, focusing on Positive Education. and positive psychology principles in educational institutions while also supporting parents in nurturing the holistic development of their children. Today, I have founded my own company and work as a mental health counselor. My approach as a counselor is rooted in the belief that we can shape our thoughts, and consequently, control our emotions and results in life. Guiding professionals and individuals alike, I provide them with tools and strategies to control their inner narratives, thereby preventing stress-related issues and ensuring optimal mental well-being. In my public speaking i talk about my transformative life journey, about how i reframed the cancer challenge into an opportunity for a new way of leaving and the importance of mental health in the workplace.

Once I became an adult and moved away, many of the adults who were family friends repeatedly told us that they knew what was going on when I was a child. From that point on, I made a vow to help youth who were facing adversity or struggling in life. My mission is to make a difference in a child's life or help parents who struggle to parent

Dominique Brun is an Entrepreneur, Founder, Business Capital Coach Expert and Speaker. Specializing in helping underserved small businesses grow and sustain, Dominique is a passionate advocate for women. Women have often faced bias and historically been shut out of financing. In 2021, she saw a common problem emerge after watching countless women struggle to attain significant financing to grow their businesses. Predatory loans and overleveraging personal funds were one of the many issues holding these entrepreneurs back. Multiple short terms loans taking daily payments were killing businesses. Not to mention, the thousands of women owned enterprises not being referred to other sources once denied by their banks. Dominique knew she had to do something. It was then she began her mission to make financial resources accessible and available to Founders, leveling the playing field, despite background, industry, geography or gender. Dominique went on to build DominoFX Group, an online platform that helps underserved female founders establish a foundation, then access the best small business financing by matching these Founders to Funders, even if they've been denied by traditional banks. Along with the community, The Domino Effect, the platform was created to coach and guide female founders in business with strategic steps and a clear pathway to funding, while saving their most valuable resource – time. Our mission is big, bold and attainable. To provide $25M in funding by end of 2025. In my experience, people have a lot of questions about business credit and lending. It’s sad, but true. Banks love to beat up business owners when it comes to getting business loans. Maybe you’ve been rejected. Maybe you don’t even want to try because you know you’ll be rejected. Fortunately, there are alternatives. And that’s a good thing Dominique wants to share with the world. Guided by the principles of The Domino Effect, which illustrates small steps and actions can trigger significant outcomes - Dominique believes through this education, it will create a ripple effect of positive change in the economy and for wealth creation and ownership amongst women, their families and communities. Dominique is a disruptor and compelling leader who champions the financial empowerment of women while also providing opportunities to build financial independence and clarity. “I strongly believe that, for society to change, access to resources much change. I want to remind people of the power small business has in this economy and change the entrepreneurial ecosystem by bridging the gap and creating new ways of accessing capital.
