Dan Roth is an award winning, internationally recognized recruiter, DEI Program Manager, Professional Speaker, TV Show Producer and ‘influencer.’ Diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder at age 7, Dan struggled with anxiety and depression from an early age. Shortly after graduating High School, Dan started to use his lived experience to educate others on what growing up neurodiverse is like in order to normalize conversations and let others know they are not alone.
That mental health focus became a central theme as Dan expanded his work to include Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Women’s & Disability rights and assisting job seekers.
Since Dan experienced a renaissance of sorts when his twin girls were born in 2019, he has quickly become one of the most recognizable names on social media, with a specific focus on LinkedIn.
Over the last three years Dan has been recognized as one of the Top 25 Job Search Experts to Follow on LinkedIn by Job Scan. He has also been featured in The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Business Insider Magazine, The South African Times, LinkedIn News, CNBC and The Business Journal.
As a speaker, Dan's main keynotes speak to Inclusion, Eating Disorders and Body Dysmorphia, Domestic Violence Survival and Neurodiversity.
