Trace Dann, the guy behind Captain Krankypants (www.captainkrankypants.com) has achieved a lot in his life. He has done so many things that many ‘normal’ people only dream about achieving. A commissioned army officer (in war zones), a senior public (civil) servant, a consultant, rally navigator, touring car pit crew, international theatre producer, stage show writer, tv producer, radio announcer… and the list goes on. In 2018, Trace was diagnosed with PTSD and depression stemming from his time in the military - he had suffered the disorders for 10 years prior to diagnosis thinking it was just a normal part of life. His talks are highly motivational calling upon his life experiences to show how a person can achieve a great deal and be successful despite having mental health conditions. Trace is keen to share these experiences with fellow sufferers to show they are not alone and can still provide significant value to society, business and family. He also wants to help destroy the stigma clouding PTSD and depression by speaking to management groups, media and other entities that may employ or engage with sufferers. Trace doesn't profess to be a mental health professional nor an expert in the psychological fields - he is just a guy living with the conditions and not letting them control him.

In 1997, Andy Barrow was playing rugby for his local club when he suffered a spinal-cord injury that left him paralysed from the chest down, with limited use of his hands. He was aged just 17. Following this life-changing injury and many hard months of rehabilitation, his life was transformed again when he discovered wheelchair rugby – also known as “Murderball” – and joined the London Wheelchair Rugby club. Andy was selected to train with the Great Britain squad in 1999, and narrowly missed out on a place at the Sydney Paralympics. Vowing never to miss a major tournament again, he dedicated himself to the life of a full-time athlete, and made his international début at the World Championships in Gothenburg in 2002. Andy’s wheelchair rugby career encompassed three Paralympic Games, three World Championships, and five European Championships, where he was part of the record-breaking team that won three gold medals in a row. He captained Great Britain from 2005 to 2010, and led the team out at the Beijing Paralympics – one of his proudest moments. The 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games was the greatest sporting event in Great Britain’s history, and the perfect opportunity for Andy to end his career on a high. He took the decision to make this his final tournament, following well over 100 appearances for his country. Since retiring, Andy has worked as an athlete mentor for the Dame Kelly Holmes Trust, created his own successful mentoring projects and now coaches current Great Britain athletes through their public appearances. Andy regularly speaks to corporate audiences about performance and has also taken his presentations international, where he specializes in creating bespoke itineraries for organisations. Herb Burns a professional voice impersonator was given a gift to duplicate voices as a child. Later on he cultivated his craft to duplicating voices of well known celebrities from the 60's and 70's. His impersonations are of a old school style which sound just like the original characters and are combined with funny skits. As a health coach, I go beyond giving information. Information is useless without action because there is a difference between knowing something and doing it, between I want to do it, and I did it. The doctor finally gave up and told me I was going on insulin. I refused and searched for natural means to help with his diabetes.
