Hi! I'm Emma. When I look back on the 20 years I have been on this earth, I can recognize that I've always been a leader. I was the little girl organizing all the Barbies and Polly Pockets. I was always the store owner when playing house. In school I somehow always found myself in the position of leading the team/group. I was always the one that had the plan of action and was ready to go all in. I was ALWAYS the leader and I am now recognizing that. I have worked along side with some of the best and worst types of leadership in my eyes. I've spent hours studying leadership from Walt Disney, Rachel Hollis, Tony Robbins, various leaders of countries, and many more very note-able people and I am ready to tell it all! From my sunshine filled childhood in Arizona, through the awkward stages of middle school and living in a new state, to the careless free days of highschool, to now. I have experienced and learned so much about myself. I want to help others, in whatever they are doing, recognize that leadership is so much more than they ever realized.
