My name is Rajeanna Jarrett, CEO and founder of Relaxology Labs (RXL). My passion is to teach others how to find their own personal power to create the life they REALLY want. It was through my own personal experience, healing my own trauma, depression and anxiety that led me down this path. Conventional medicine failed me, so I studied other modalities such as metaphysis, quantum physics and energy healing. It was during this time when an overwhelming power came from within and reviled my mission to me. Throughout my experience as a former research scientist, I experimented with life at is core; the cell. While manipulated the environment of the cell, and signaling the genes I wanted to test, it dawned upon me that our reality functions in the same way. I realized that if we want to create a different outcome in life, we must first change the environment of the emotional body at its core. My teachings center around creating mind and heart coherence to enable you to take full control of your life. Once you relax enough, you can start to hear the programs currently running through you. In other words, you can hear loud and clear the belief systems that may be holding you back from the life you want and deserve. I’m here to get you to that point of realization and beyond!

Four Reasons Why Tim David’s Clients Recommend that You Hire Him Too 1. Because His Message is BIG and Relevant to Your Entire Audience While everyone else seems to be focusing on new technologies, (Big Data, IoT, AI, etc.) Tim reminds us to focus on each other along the way. A far cry from a “soft skills” session, Tim proves that human connection is THE skill for success in business and in life – now more than ever. It’s not about your title, your income level, or how many people work for you. True influence and impact comes from human connection. That goes for your front-line employees, your service reps, your salespeople, your managers, your senior leadership, and everyone in between. “One comment – Awesome. I gained several different insights that will be valuable to me in my current position.” - Donna Groff, Pfizer 2. Because His Presentations are Engaging, Experiential, and Interactive Even the most challenging, after-lunch-food-coma, glued-to-their-mobile-phones audiences perk right up when Tim takes the stage. He used to be a professional entertainer for crying out loud! Within seconds, your audience will know that they’re in for a treat. “So on a scale of 1 – 5 with five being the highest, you received quite a few 10s. Our staff really enjoyed your presentations.” – Laura Wante, Merrimack Valley Federal Credit Union, Lawrence, MA 3. Because His Advice is Proven to Make a Measurable Difference We are connected to more people than ever before, but the quality of those connections is at an all-time low. Imagine what would happen if we could cut through the distractions and truly connect with people? We are all wired to WANT genuine human connection. But did you know that research affirms its powerful impact on business? Turnover is reduced. Morale goes up. Slumping salespeople see a numbers boost. Job dissatisfaction goes way down. Underperforming employees become more productive and efficient. It isn’t just a bottom-line impact. It’s organization wide. “This program benefited me with an increase in productivity and smoother running teams. It challenged and motivated me to engage my team.” – Elizabeth Bjellquist, Lead Software Engineer, ADP, Roseland, NJ 4. Because of His Real-World, Verifiable Expertise Not just a speaker, a true thought leader on the science of human connection and influential leadership. He’s the author of Magic Words: The Science and Secrets Behind Seven Words that Motivate, Engage, and Influence (Penguin Random House), FLIP: The Four Levels of Influencing People, and he’s been featured in the Harvard Business Review, Inc. Magazine, PsychologyToday.com, New York Magazine, The Huffington Post, The New York Times, Forbes, The Today Show, The Chicago Tribune, hundreds of radio and television programs, and at thousands of live and virtual events all around the world. “Tim David offers keen insight into how to better connect with others in business and in life.” – Adam Grant, Wharton professor and NY Times bestse

The 'D' is for David. The 'P' is for Paul. And the ‘Knudten’? It’s pronounced ‘canoe-ten.’ As an over-a-quarter-century veteran ad man, DP has worked as a copywriter, Creative Director and Marketing Strategist on some of the biggest brands in the business including Coca-Cola®, The Athlete’s Foot®, ClosetMaid®, Georgia-Pacific®, and Great Wolf Resorts®. His résumé includes tenures at ad agencies such as DDB Needham (Chicago), McCann Erickson (Atlanta) and creative shops in Denver, Sarasota, and Madison, WI. A writer by trade, he enjoys playing in the intersection between the visual and the verbal, using his NonFiction Branding™ approach to move people—and product—for companies throughout the United States. DP cut his branding teeth in the trenches at McCann Erickson creating a variety of work for Coca Cola and its various brands. You will never see him drink a Pepsi product, ever. He’s also worked on a wide array of brands from the prosaic (Georgia Pacific forest products) to the poetic (HelpHOPELive), and the no-nonsense B2B (Honeywell) to the wet & wild B2C (Wilderness Hotel & Golf Resort). His personal favorite: Southeastern Guide Dogs of Sarasota, Florida. Ask him to see the TV spots. If you love dogs, you’ll love them. DP developed his proprietary BRANDNature™ branding and messaging system by combining and refining the branding best practices he experienced at McCann Erickson, DDB Needham, and several other regional agencies. Then he added a little extra spice of his own to create a process that helps identify, purify and codify the true story of your personal or company brand to create advertising and marketing strategies that attract, engage, and convert. Co-author (with Spencer X. Smith) of ROTOMA—The ROI of Social Media 'Top of Mind,' and the creator/producer/host of the popular The ROTOMA Podcast and NONFICTION BRAND podcasts, DP is a recognized expert in the fields of personal / small business branding, creativity, and the intersection of culture and branding. A sought-after speaker, he presents a range of provocative and entertaining talks featuring his unique POV and processes to companies and groups throughout the United States. DP’s latest (ad)venture is NonFiction Brandversity™, an online community for passionate personal and small business branders. “Know who you are. So you can be it.” That two-sentence call to action succinctly sums up what the NonFiction Brand™ philosophy, and DP the person, are all about.
