Phil Telfeyan is the founder and Executive Director of Equal Justice Under Law, a national nonprofit dedicated to ending wealth-based inequality in the justice system. Phil founded the organization in 2014 and has helped build Equal Justice Under Law into an aggressive agent of legal reform, fighting to end America’s money bail system, pushing for an end to the war on drugs, striving to limit excessive collateral consequences of criminal convictions, and advocating on behalf of those experiencing poverty. An experienced trial and appellate lawyer, he directly litigates or supervises much of the organization’s legal work. Prior to founding Equal Justice Under Law, Phil served as a trial attorney in the Civil Rights Division of the United States Department of Justice for five years, where he specialized in employment discrimination and immigrants’ rights, litigated complex pattern-or-practice cases on behalf of victims of discrimination, and successfully settled the three largest cases in his section’s history. Before that, he clerked for the Honorable Janice Brown on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. Phil also served as Director of the Harvard Square Homeless Shelter where he oversaw the health and safety of 24 homeless guests per night, advocated on behalf of guests for permanent housing, supervised a volunteer staff of 300, and managed a $50,000 yearly budget. Phil earned both a bachelor’s degree (in Philosophy and Government) and a law degree from Harvard University. During law school, Phil was a Notes Editor on the Harvard Law Review, winner of the Williston Contracts Competition, and the National Champion of the American Bar Association’s National Appellate Advocacy Competition. My name is Andrew Rivera. I want to inspire everyone who watches me on social media or sees me in events to witness that hardwork does pay off. As a young boy, I grew up in lower income minority neighborhoods that were impacted by drugs and gangs. I grew up with a single mother at the age of 15 with no biological father in my life. As a young boy, I was told you can’t go to a BIG University, have a house, nice car and I would repeat the cycle because of the zip code I grew up in. I knew this wasn't the STIGMA I wanted to adhere too. So, I decided to make a change. Although, I was picked on in school because I was overweight, wore glasses and didn’t have nice clothes. I still never let that stop me from looking towards the future. After graduating from High School, I decided to enlist into the United State Army where I would serve one tour overseas as an Infantryman, finishing in the top percentage within my division for Pre Ranger School and attended Special Forces Assessment Selection (cut). I decided to get out of the military in 2013. I was suffering with PTSD and fell into an emotional and physical state of depression. I was struggling to find a reason to live and my purpose in life. I realized I needed to change because I went from 198 lbs to 286 lbs gaining almost 90 lbs. Therefore, in 2016, I applied to the college of my dreams since I was a child “Marquette University”. I achieved two degrees within 2 1/2 years as a Nontraditional student with a cumulative 3.4 GPA. While attending Marquette, I face many barriers, I had two sons born, volunteered within my community, was Vice-President of Fraternity chapter and worked to support my family. Some people asked, “How did you do all of that and still graduate earlier than most?” It was the determination and the remembrance of my childhood that when you want something in life you have to go after it and not allow any negativity nor barriers to stop you from achieving your GOALS. After graduating from Marquette in December of 2018, I decided to start a Home Remodeling company. As a child, not having someone to teach me basic home improvements. Therefore, I started my own company, because I didn’t want to start at the bottom and learn at a slow pace. Instead, I hired the best carpenters in my area and paid them to teach me because when you are the BOSS you don't have to learn at an entry employee pace. Then, the BIG move came. My wife and I decided to move to Florida with no support nor family in the area. We packed up our car and drove to Florida to take on a new life. It was not easy and there were times we thought about going back to Wisconsin. However, we did not want to be defeated so we developed new skills which has led me to inspire everyone around me to go after the life they deserve. I understand what it takes to struggle, get over difficulty, become a self taught learner and an understanding of what it takes to be successful. I know my story is similar to so many who

I have been a medical doctor for 33 years, practicing Internal Medicine for the first 10 years of practice. I then opened my own practice and specialized in Chronic Wound Care and Lymphedema management. A few years later I moved into the hospital system so that I may add Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy to the modalities I use to assist with healing. During the last 20 years I also studied Functional Medicine, Medical Acupuncture, and Herbalism. I have always approached medicine with a holistic view. When I added NLP, Time Line Therapy and Hypnosis to my modalities I realized I the missing component that allow me to better communicate with my clients. Now I help them rid themselves of negative emotions, limiting beliefs/ decisions but dealing with the root cause. These obstacles keep them from achieving their goals. The results have been amazing and gratifying for me. I offer a 30 minute free consult. Come see me and explore the possibilities of getting to your best health.

My name is Colin Josselyn. I am currently a graduate student at Bridgewater State University. I am getting my master’s degree in Business administration, but my real area of interest is in helping people achieve their full potential and live their best lives. I want to have an impact on people to strive for what they want so that they can live a life they truly enjoy. I truly believe that people have a certain amount of potential that can be achieved and I also am aware of the growing issue of mental illness. Having battled some mental struggles myself I have gained strength, confidence and enjoyment in my life through those. My biggest aspiration in life is to be the best impact speaker in the world. I believe that being an impact speaker is different than being a motivational speaker. The two are very similar, but I want to create an impact with people that they will remember for the rest of their lives. I am just starting out on this process and I have a 20 year plan in place to achieve this goal, but to begin this process I have to do more than just post on Instagram and LinkedIn, I have to speak in front of people. I have experience of speaking in front of people from being in plays as a kid, to speaking at multiple High schools. On top of this I have been a part of sports teams all my life. In college I have been in the Honors College as well as I have been a two year captain of the baseball team. In addition to those roles I have been a baseball coach for Whitman Legion baseball for the last three years, coaching kids age14-19. A potential speech would likely revolve around leadership or revolve around the strength in knowing yourself and being yourself instead of being someone you are not. Social media, friends, bullies, coaches, teachers, parents all have an impact on us and this impact can be positive or negative, but the importance to be yourself has a profound impact on the quality of your life. For both topics I can write a draft of the speech or I can even record myself giving the speech. If you wanted to I could come give you the speech in person first as more of a filtering process. I would love the opportunity to be able to speak to you, your team or your conference to be able to share a powerful message. With the goal of impacting lives. For this opportunity I would give the speech for FREE. I would not want any compensation until I prove myself. I cannot thank you enough for taking the time to read through this and I hope you have a wonderful day.
