I have more than twenty years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Software and Web Development in a broad range of industries, including the federal government, private sector, consulting, and non-profit arenas. Before transitioning to recruiting I was a technical professional focusing on data driven web development, database development and technical project management. Lew’s focus is on business to business companies but also has experience with business to consumer. Much of his concentration has been in telecommunications, manufacturing, media/content delivery. He is and sought after public speaker on various topics, including; Leadership, Management, Strategic Planning and Problem Solving, Convergence in Telecom and Corporate Renewal.
