Lauren Gabrielle Foster is an author, spiritual guide, and ordained OneSpirit Minister who sold everything at fifty-eight and set out to wander the globe with purpose. Now sixty, she writes, teaches, and speaks from wherever she happens to be, drawing on decades of study and a life rebuilt entirely from the inside out. Her work sits at the intersection of spirituality, identity, and freedom. Not as theory. As lived practice.
