Rae Gross is the Founder & Chief Elevation Officer of High Schooled. An educator at her core, she genuinely believes that if learning isn't fun, we're doing it wrong. She holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and master's degrees in both mathematics education and medical cannabis science and therapeutics. With more than 20 years of experience teaching teachers, designing transformative curriculum, and contributing to published textbooks and curricula, Rae has spent her career figuring out how to explain complicated things in ways that actually make sense to real brains. Her signature talks — Boost the Spell and The Intimacy Spell — bring that same approach to cannabis education and ADHD, combining peer-reviewed research with warmth, humor, and the kind of clarity that makes people feel smart instead of overwhelmed. Rae helps adults with ADHD stop fighting their brains and start working with them — through ritual-based frameworks, clinically-informed cannabis education, and practical tools built around how ADHD brains actually function. She has ADHD herself, so this work is deeply personal. Her work is for the brilliant and chaotic. The capable and overwhelmed. The ones who've tried every productivity system and are ready for something that finally makes sense. Because the right ritual can do what no routine ever could.

Today, Collins' work is held in collections around the world, including those of Sir Ian McKellen, Stephen Fry, Giorgio Armani and numerous cultural leaders and public figures. His recent exhibition *To See and Be Seen* at HOME Manchester explored the legacy of Queer Up North, one of the UK's most influential LGBTQ+ arts festivals, further establishing his reputation for creating work that connects personal stories with wider social and cultural histories. Alongside his artistic practice, Collins is an accomplished public speaker, using his work as a platform to explore equality, representation and the role of art in creating social change.
