Kevin MaC is a serial entrepreneur, songwriter, in-demand performer, and out-of-the-box creative whose career spans music, technology, and consumer brands. Known for his ability to pivot across industries, Kevin has built and scaled companies by blending creative intuition with disciplined business strategy—and by leveraging relationships in unexpected ways. Kevin began his career in the music industry, earning songwriting credits with songs that charted on Billboard and received airplay on country radio. As a performer, he has become an in-demand artist at country music festivals, with his guitar taking him across America and around the world, performing for diverse audiences and building authentic connections through live music. Rather than following a traditional path, Kevin broke into the Nashville music scene by forging relationships outside the genre, collaborating with hip-hop legends —a bold move that helped him navigate Nashville’s tight-knit country music community. Using his music background Kevin pivoted into technology with TIKPIK, a disruptive product that became the #1 selling guitar pick on Amazon, appeared on Shark Tank twice and secured major partnerships and consulting with Fender Guitars, Disney, Ducks Unlimited, Marvel Comics and Guitar Center. Kevin is also a business partner of Mark Cuban, underscoring his ability to operate at the highest levels of entrepreneurship and innovation. Kevin’s entrepreneurial journey continues with his song inspired Elsie Marshall All American Straight Bourbon Whiskey, where he applied the same principles of innovation, branding, and calculated risk-taking to successfully enter a crowded spirits market. Across every venture, Kevin demonstrates that creativity, adaptability, and relationship-building are the foundation of lasting success. In 2026, Kevin’s songwriting legacy reached historic heights when his poignant anthem, "Carolina When I Die," was officially named the newest state song of South Carolina. Bringing his deep southern roots to the national stage, the historic track was recorded by a powerhouse trio of South Carolina legends—Darius Rucker, Edwin McCain, and Patrick Davis—solidifying Kevin’s place not just on the radio, but in American music history.

In high-stakes business, the most dangerous distance is the gap between a brilliant idea and the English required to sell it. I call this the Fluency Gap—the invisible tax paid by brilliant international founders, executives, and innovators whose ideas are underestimated because of linguistic friction, vocal hesitation, or cultural deference. I am the 'Vocal Fixer' for the Global 1%. I help international leaders master the 'American Edge'. I’m best at the intersection of Linguistic Authority, Strategic Storytelling, and Cross-Cultural Negotiation. I work with brilliant minds (from Series A founders to Fortune 500 senior leaders) who have the technical genius but are tired of being underestimated in US boardrooms. I don’t just 'improve accents'; I turn your linguistic barriers into a competitive edge so that brilliance isn't just understood. It's felt. Just imagine an organization where your most brilliant technical minds finally sound as unstoppable as their ideas.

Jeff Fager devoted nearly 40 years to CBS News, building a career that spanned many levels of broadcast journalism, from field producer to executive producer of 60 Minutes and, later, chairman of CBS News. He became widely associated with 60 Minutes because of his long tenure there, but his influence extended beyond that program. Over time, he also played a major role in helping CBS News strengthen both its traditional broadcasts and its growing digital presence during an era of significant industry change. After graduating from Colgate University with a degree in English literature, Jeff began working in television news in the late 1970s. His early jobs gave him experience in several parts of a newsroom. He worked as a production assistant, news writer, and assignment editor at a CBS station in Boston before moving on to KPIX-TV in San Francisco, where he became a broadcast producer. These early roles gave him a practical understanding of how news operations functioned at the local level and prepared him for larger responsibilities within the network. Between 1982 and 1984, Jeff worked on several CBS News programs, including the weekend editions of the CBS Evening News and the overnight broadcast Nightwatch. Soon after, he took on international assignments and was based in London during the mid-1980s. From there, he produced coverage of major world events, including conflicts in the Middle East, the 1986 bombing of Libya, meetings between President Ronald Reagan and Soviet Premier Mikhail Gorbachev, and developments connected to the collapse of the Soviet Union. This period added a strong international dimension to his journalism career. Jeff later helped launch the news magazine 48 Hours. From 1989 until 1994, he worked as a producer at 60 Minutes, where he covered dozens of stories with correspondents Morley Safer and Steve Kroft. His reporting background and newsroom judgment helped him contribute to a program already known for serious journalism and strong storytelling.
