Our people deserve nothing less than the most spectacular leadership possible. This must be our standard.
A student of leadership for more than three decades, Andrew DeMuth brings a genuine passion and contagious energy to the stage. And with a law enforcement career spanning three decades and four organizations, he brings a great deal of experience as well.
When Andrew was selected to serve in the field training program for newly hired officers early in his career, he began a journey that would lead him to become a national speaker presenting on leadership throughout the country.
Andrew’s teachings aren’t limited to just law enforcement, either. He has spoken at conferences and to groups from other sectors including health care, finance, fire service, federal government, military, and human resources, to name a few.
Andrew’s philosophy revolves around one core concept: we bring our units and organizations to the next level by bringing our people to the next level which brings us to the true definition of leadership: the ability to get the best out of your people.
Whether you’re looking for a presentation that goes for a full hour or a full day, Andrew is certain to give your audience an experience to remember.
