As one of the first 150 people in the world to graduate with the Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) degree from University of Pennsylvania, I'm deeply passionate about helping individuals and organizations flourish. Led by renowned psychologist, Dr. Martin Seligman, the MAPP program is a one-of-a-kind Ivy League curriculum which offers in-depth study of the science & application of wellbeing.
For over a decade, I've applied my education through teaching leaders & employees empirically-validated, cognitive-behavioral skills, mindfulness techniques and positive psychology applications that foster resilience to stress, prevent burnout, improve performance, and increase overall wellbeing. I've worked with organizations such as GlaxoSmithKline, Merck, Navy Special Warfare, the Wharton Business School, the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Army, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute -- as well as various businesses and non-profits around the globe.
My education and professional background extend to the fields of cognitive neuroscience and mindfulness. I specialize in delivering engaging and interactive workshops and webinars on the topics of: Resilience, Mindfulness, Psychological Safety, Stress Management, Burnout, Strengths-Based Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Cultivating a Growth Mindset, Training Your Brain for Stress and Success, Change Management, Pursuing Positive Leadership, and Enhancing Energy at Work through Positive Health Practices. I also provide highly-customized trainings to meet each client’s needs. Additionally, I consult with organizations to help them cultivate workplace practices, policies and cultures that facilitate wellbeing across all levels of the organization.
