Alexandra Kodjabachi

Alexandra is a driving force for collective intelligence, personal leadership, innovative thinking and entrepreneurial action. And she's on a quest to unlock human potential.

She is the Founder and CEO of PersEd, a learning experience design consultancy for personal leadership and collective intelligence informed by neuroscience-based evidence. Her collaborations with 140+ organisations and individuals spanned 45+ countries and 70+ local and global projects over the years.

True to her interdisciplinary interests, Alexandra is an international public speaker, learning consultant, neuro-educator, dynamic facilitator, award-winning author - recipient of the Alain Decaux Literary Prize - and former competitive ballroom dancer.

A change-maker at the core, she has been recognized as MENA Leadership Academy fellow (2016-2017), G20 Young Global Changer (2017 & 2021), Unleash Global Talent (2018), and UNESCO APCEIU Youth Leader (2019).

In 2019, she was consulted by the Union for the Mediterranean as a Rethinking Education taskforce member and was featured alongside Ban Ki-moon and Jeffrey Sachs in an online course on global citizenship education. Since 2020, she has been interviewed for and featured in articles and podcasts. In 2023, she took on the challenge to design and facilitate the professional development of 87 nationwide Teaching School Hubs impacting teacher development across England.

With “connecting the dots” as her motto, passion, and lifelong obsession, she never ceases to explore the breadth and depth of multidisciplinarity, putting connections at the service of innovation and self-actualization to reinvent the ways in which we think, learn, work, and live.
