This is about women 40 and beyond - at a time in life when so many things change. Roles shift - and you are needed in a different way. You may be at the pinnacle of your career, or working hard to get back into the work force after a decade or two off. It's time to finish something you've started. Maybe you are dealing with aging parents, or grieving the loss of a parent or spouse. Maybe you are recent empty nesters and navigating the waters around new relationships.
