Annette is a passionate presenter who scoops audiences up into her worlds of surviving sexual molestation and rape, being a drop-out drug addict turned teacher, navigating near-death trauma, and the benefits of believing the Bible. She has an uncanny way of connecting with her audiences through humor, anecdotes, and thought-provoking charges to leave pain behind.
Annette was born and raised in Texas, but has also spent time living in Tehran, Iran, Anchorage, Alaska, Atlanta, Georgia, and now Deland, Florida. She grew up around incestuous relationships and endured being molested and raped numerous times including once while she was confined to bed in a body cast. Annette became a drug-addict and a drop-out who eventually went on to become a teacher. She has experienced the pain of divorce multiple times as a child and as an adult, the agony of abortion, the slow crawl of recuperation after spine damage, and the beauty that emerges once a person puts their trust in God.
