Carina is an Account Director in charge of Celebrity and Talent Procurement, 1/4 of the Black Mums Upfront podcast, BCOMs (The Black Collective of Media in Sport) Board Member, School Governor, Founder and Brand Specialist.
Having worked in Sports and Entertainment for over 10 years, Carina has managed the careers of a number of household sporting names and their brand partnerships and has herself fronted campaigns for leading brands such as Nike, Dove and Barbie.
With a confident aura and a palpable passion for affecting change, Carina is called upon to be a regular contributor for BBC Radio 5 and Good Morning Britain, to share her opinion on a broad range of current affairs. Carina is a regular contributor for Jeremy Vine (Channel 5) and appears weekly on BBC Radio London's The Scene, with her own segment "Teen Scene".
Listed as The Voice Newspaper’s One to Watch for 2020 and also the recipient of the We Are The City Rising Star award in 2020, Carina is making her mark within the industry.
Carina’s speaking topics include Parenting, Education, Sport, Anti-Racism, Celebrity Marketing and Women in Business.
Carina recently featured as a contributor in Judi Love’s Channel 4 documentary Black, Female and Invisible (2022). In 2022, Carina also hosted Black Business Week and presented an award at MBCC Awards 2022.
