About
Hi! I'm Carly Neis! I bring lived experience you can't fake; I don't just talk about disability. I live it every day with Cerebral Palsy, a wheelchair, and a service dog. That authenticity cuts through in a way no amount of research or training can replicate. I work in both worlds - I am simultaneously a working artist AND a consultant, so I bring both the emotional storytelling power of a performer and the practical, operational knowledge of someone who has actually changed policies and spaces. I make disability accessible, I can talk about disability with humour, warmth, and relatability, not just the clinical reality. That's a rare and valuable skill on a stage. I give audiences calls to action - If there are no calls to action, nothing moves forward. I leave audiences with something concrete to do, not just something to feel. I look forward to working with you!
