Tip No.1- Remove the Noise- The noise are the distractions of life, especially other people telling you what to do and how to do it. Tip No.2- Find Clarity Through Inner dialogue. When you are able to remove the noise, the distractions from outside entities and outside folks, then you are able to find clarity through the conversations that you have with yourself. Tip No.3- Figure Out What Feels Right To You. So often people ask, ‘what do you think?’ I ask what do you feel. Tip No.4- Use Your Voice to Speak Your Truth- When you are able to remove the noise and distractions of the outer world, find clarity through inner dialogue and figure out what feels right to you is when you’ll discover the courage within to use your voice to speak your truth.
