About
Choose David Lochridge because his experience comes from real-world environments where failure has immediate consequences and safety is not theoretical. With decades spent operating in submarine rescue, deep-ocean exploration, offshore diving, and high-risk expedition leadership, David brings lessons earned under pressure, not learned from textbooks. Known publicly for raising safety concerns prior to the Titan tragedy, David speaks with honesty and credibility about leadership, operational discipline, communication, and the importance of creating cultures where people can speak up before small issues become disasters. His presentations combine gripping first-hand stories from beneath the ocean with practical lessons audiences can apply immediately to leadership, teamwork, accountability, and decision-making in any high-consequence industry. Audiences leave engaged, challenged, and with a clearer understanding of how culture and human behaviour shape safety outcomes long before an accident occurs.
