Dennis C. Miller

The purpose and objective of this presentation is for leaders at all levels of an organization to improve on leadership strategic thinking and communication. Two crucial test for any leader is the capacity to withstand and recover quickly from difficulties and the ability for anyone of us to spring back to shape when we get knocked down. Dennis will discuss his five key lessons of resiliency: accept responsibility for your actions; be determined to succeed; have faith in yourself; failure is a good thing; and mentors matter.
