Bio

Hello and thank you for reading my page. I am a licensed counselor and have experience speaking and team building in both higher education and business/executive management. I have also spoken at many conferences about current hot topics.

Recently, I have decided to more directly address authentic living, following our highest path and truest heart. I believe we as a society, at home and at work are ready for a shift into a higher, more conscious living. Connected to our purpose and fueled by passion, energy is readily available when we are congruent internally. I hope to help you and your company move towards a more authentic way of being and relating.

Update on Cannabis for health professionals. Goal is to assist health professionals in understanding cannabis, types of use and to be better prepared to ask questions and identify students in need of intervention. Also to discuss current neuro research, what we know, what we don't know and what is fallacy.

Workshop- Diversity the Key to Your Company's Success

Keynote speaker discussing unconscious bias and the negative impact on companies. Constructive ways to counter bias, increase diversity and ultimately thrive as a business.

Increase Authentic Relating within the Workplace

Company-Wide Team building and Executive Management Retreat:
-Topics included interconnectedness between departments and the development of empathy and authenticity.
-I worked with the executive management team to develop core values, vision and mission statement.
-Assisting individual departments in adjusting to large-scale company changes.
