Heather McDaniel

I bring experience from communication, operations, consulting, adult learning, facilitation, and current work using training and communication expertise to improve AI models for a leading AI lab. Across a 28-year career, I’ve worked with organizations, teams, and learning audiences across Europe and North America. I’m Microsoft Certified as an AI Transformation Leader and have extensive experience designing and delivering talks, workshops, training, and facilitated learning. What I bring to a room is a tendency to make connections across disciplines and look at a question from more than one angle. I’m interested in making complex ideas understandable without flattening them into easy answers. Audiences can expect curiosity, practical experience, strong ideas, and room to think.
