Heather Turner

For the past 15 years, Heather has worked in marketing - primarily with the innkeeping industry. She is a constant blogger and a frequent keynote and educational speaker at conferences around the U.S. Heather also works as the marketing director for the Professional Association of Innkeepers International (PAII), the oldest and largest innkeeping association in the US, while running her own full-time business, Forfeng Designs and Media. Heather is a Toastmaster with two DTMs (Distinguished Toastmaster) which is the highest designation you can achieve.
