Jason Amich DHSc, MBA has spent more than 20 years in hospitals and health care facilities in both clinical and senior leadership roles.
Dr. Amich has served as faculty for the Urgent Care Association of America and the College of Professional Studies for Indiana Institute of Technology. He has developed and delivered lectures and educational talks on leadership, team & culture building, and process improvement for leaders, physicians, nurses, mental health professionals and members of law enforcement.
Dr. Amich holds a Doctorate in Health Sciences with concentrations in Leadership & Organizational Behavior from A.T. Still University. His research focused on gut dysbiosis and its prevalence within the medical curriculum. He earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Tiffin University with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration. He is certified in Lean Six Sigma and is a skilled lecturer and educator.
He is an active member of the Institute for Functional Medicine, the New York Academy of Sciences, and the Academy of Integrative Health & Medicine.
His professional interests include mentoring and developing future leaders using real world knowledge transfer, process improvement, gut dysbiosis, functional medicine, population health, retail healthcare, and all aspects of the complex business of healthcare.
