Workplace Application: Attendees will become aware of the necessary conditions for a successful D&I implementation strategy. This session builds the case for a mental health approach to a D&I implementation strategy by answering these three questions: 1. How inclusive working environments make good social-equity and business sense? 2. What is the latest science showing how our feelings influence of our thoughts and actions? 3. Why mental and emotional workplace health is a necessary condition to inclusive workplaces?

Attendees will learn how to navigate differences at work and how to build more inclusive workplaces by putting their emotions to work. This session will show an evidence-based framework to support a D&I implementation strategy through our emotional skills (EQ).

Objetivos de Aprendizaje: Definir el impacto y los retos a la diversidad é inclusión en los nuevos formatos híbridos de trabajo. Entender conceptos científicos probados (Tecnología Emocional) que muestran el uso de las emociones para lograr ambientes de trabajo más inclusivos. Aplicar herramientas sencillas y prácticas que ayuden a las personas a usar sus habilidades emocionales para construir espacios de trabajo más inclusivos.
