In my keynote STRONGER, I teach kids and adults how to live through and overcome the effects of all types of bullying. I help individuals look introspectively to realize their value so that they do no harm to themselves as a result of being victimized by bullying. I was severely bullied as a child and I had to use positive visual concepts in order to overcome the physical and emotional pain associated with my tormentors. Bullying is happening at epidemic proportions causing a high rate of suicide among teens and adults, it can come in many forms and lead to conditions such as anxiety,fear and depression, so how can you have joy in the midst of all of this. I teach individuals to realize the psychology behind bullying, helping them understand that the problem isn't with them at all, in actuality the problem is with the bully who has stored up anger, resentment and envy towards his/her victim and sees bullying as a form of control. Following a tumultuous 8 years in which my marriage of 26 years has been tested as a result of my wife being ill over this course of time has truly exhausted many of the "Vows" that we took when we were married. In sickness and in health, for richer or poorer, we have experienced them all, yet we have managed to stay together and love each other in spite of. In my Keynote "When the vow breaks" I challenge couples to really look introspectively and ask themselves, after the honey moon is over and your spouse may begin to change, physically, spiritually or mentally, will you stay? When your finances and lifestyle are threatened, will you stay? If you spouse gets a debilitating disease or illness, will you stay? after a tragedy in the family, will you stay? These are questions that are asked and often times the response is NO! I teach couples how to go through adversity together, to hang on no matter how hot it gets, to never Quit or run away but towards each other instead.

I began my business with 1 client, $35 in the bank, a repossessed vehicle,an eviction notice on the door with a wife and 4 kids in a recession. In my profession there were trainers with more accolades, education, marketing and advertising dollars and connections than I had. I had one clear cut advantage however, service, I love people so it came naturally to spoil my clients, going the extra mile, whether that was serving clients water or towel during a workout or walking them out and opening their car doors. That service made me become a part of an elite group in my field, I become one of the highest paid Personal Trainers in the country within 2.5 years, building a business with top level high end clientele unintentionally. In my keynote I share how service can and will set you apart from everyone else in your field, how the small things are what really count, how you can go from food stamps and government cheese to making over 6 figures doing what you love.
