About
I bring a GovTech-driven perspective on how digital transformation reshapes public-sector operations and service delivery. My experience includes leading and scaling smart city, mobility, and urban operations platforms in collaboration with municipalities, giga-projects, and regulators across Saudi Arabia. I focus on moving governments from siloed systems to platform-based operating models, enabling real-time decision-making through Integrated Operations Centers (IOC), data integration, and interoperable digital services. My contribution bridges policy, regulation, and technology execution, helping public entities translate digital strategy into measurable outcomes such as efficiency, transparency, and citizen trust. I aim to inspire leaders to see GovTech not as IT modernization, but as a core enabler of resilient, citizen-centric governance.
