Empowered! Approaching Life From A Whole Perspective
Approaching life and relationships from a Whole Perspective allows oneself to shift from fantasy to reality, isolation to connection, and confusion to clarity. Looking at how you show up from a Whole Perspective gives great insight into how you see yourself and gives you the ability to gain self-esteem and be authentic without shame and secrets. Productivity increases, relationships are enhanced, and overall health and wellness is obtained when using this model. The Whole Perspective is the way we look at ourselves or relationships from an intellectual, physical, emotional, financial and spiritual lens. Most of us are not taught to look at ourselves from a Whole Perspective. For example, you may find yourself focusing only on the intellectual or physical and not pay attention to the other parts of self; creating imbalance, conflict, and unmanageability.
Relational Alignment - Standing in Success both Personally and Professionally!
When an individual is in Relational Alignment, there is an ease and flow and, regardless of the outcome, take responsibility for their decisions and actions. When addressing relationships, using a healthy approach from a whole perspective results in a healthy alignment. If you have spent most of your life pleasing others or having to run from people to navigate challenges in relationships, you will find clarity when you apply a healthy alignment approach. It is not about changing others, it is about understanding yourself and others in relationships. Lori Jean uses a Think, Feel, and Do approach which is the key ingredient in this interactive insightful presentation.
Relational Freedom...No More Crazy Train
This presentation provides a deeper understanding how trauma, attachment wounds, conflict, and addiction play a big role in destabilizing relationships. Lori Jean will provide insight and offer guidelines for identifying and recovering from relationship challenges that typically result in multiple survival patterns that are not healthy. She will provide an understanding of the behaviors behind what drives the relational actions that lead to Crazy Train. Unhealthy relationships take place in the home, workplace, and in everyday life. Learning how to navigate relationships that do not derail oneself is a skillset that many do not have. This presentation is an overview of why relationships can be so destabilizing for so many. It introduces how to shift relationships into healthier patterns to best serve individual wants and needs and introduce a system to change and/or end a relationship in the healthiest way possible.
