Lynn Frederick Dsouza is an Aviation Strategist, Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and Realist. She is the National President of the Aviation Council at the Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry as well as an Investor Relations Associate at Stankevicius MGM. Based on her 15 years of experience, she founded ESPIRIDI LLP (Aviation Conglomerate - Consulting & Incubation), ANG (Aviation Networking Group) and Aviation Hub (Aviation Blog). She has further expanded the scope of her firm to the Aviation, Travel & Tourism ecosystem, through her newly founded initiatives by ESPIRIDI LLP; NEON (future mobility), blaQ (hospitality, arts and entertainment) and KNOT (destination wedding consulting). She is the Director at ESPIRIDI LLP as well as the Creative Director at blaQ and KNOT. She is well known for Disruptive Innovation and creating blue oceans in the Aviation Industry.
She has worked for Brunel University London as a Research Assistant (Additive Manufacturing), at the Engineering Department in the past. Her experience includes having worked for Genpact (Bangalore), Jet Airways (Delhi, Bangalore), Airworks CMRO (Hosur), Mesco Airlines (Mumbai), and more. She has also worked on projects with UAVs and Manufacture and Design of Powered Paragliders and Powered Hang gliders in the preceding years.
She has been an Aviation Enthusiast since her childhood and is still an avid AvGeek. Having been enrolled in the Gujarat Chapter of the National Academy of Model Sports as an Aeromodelling Trainee, she has been a part of numerous aeromodelling events during her schooling. While growing up her passion for aviation developed over the years and eventually, Lynn studied to be an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer at VSM Aerospace, Bangalore, where she specialized in Avionics. Lynn also completed her BTech in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the same college and went on to pursue her MBA in Aviation Management from Brunel University London on a Scholarship on merit. She completed her MBA in Aviation Management with Merit and secured an A on her dissertation on Sustainable Disruption and Ethical Transformation of AI at Airports. She was a part of the various societies at Brunel including Innovia: Women in STEM, Brunel Aviation Society, Engineering Brunel, Young Leaders Driving Change, Brunel Business Society, the AI Innovation Research Centre and the Innovation Hub. She was also also a Brunel Alumni Awards Finalist 2021.
Additionally, she authored and published Introduction to Boeing 737 in EBook and Paperback versions which are available on Kindle and Amazon worldwide. She has further completed 48 other courses, as well as acquired memberships with RAeS, AMBA, IPSE, ISECE, SGAC, and ALL. She is a Globant Awards - Women that Build Edition finalist and she has been ranked among the 'Top 62 Women in Aerospace and Aviation to follow on LinkedIn' in 2021.
