Mark has a passion for and a proven track record of helping to create strong operations team that are mission driven, respectful, and gracious to each other and to those served all the while getting great bottom line operational results. Mark has over 20 years of executive level leadership experience, 7 as a V.P. of Operations and 14 as a Senior Executive Director and Executive Director, serving in the senior living industry. Mark created The Warrior's Mindset to help individuals and their teams become the very best versions of themselves by focusing on their individual Strengths and collective team Strengths. Mark is a Gallup CliftonStrengths Certified Leadership Coach and a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer. As a CliftonStrengths Coach, he enjoys working with brand new leaders as well as seasoned executives who are looking to better understand and aim their leadership strengths and talents. And as a NASM Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer, he also enjoys helping individuals develop and grow in all areas of their own personal health, fitness, and wellbeing.

The principles and analytics are supplied by research on the subject of leadership and employee engagement from the Gallup organization. Mark supplements that information with real life stories and activities to demonstrate the principals as well as educate attendees on how they can apply them into their own brand of leadership so they might truly be the kind of leader others are inspired to follow and not just required to follow.

Companies that are winning the battle for the best talent, both attracting and retaining them, understand the importance of placing an emphasis on and truly caring about the overall wellbeing of each member on their team. Mark shared research and analytics from the Gallup organization related to wellbeing in the workplace and offers solutions to help organizations become authentic and genuine with how they support the wellbeing of their work force.
