Hi! Matteo Grosso here. I am an Italian who has lived in France, Portugal and Sweden and is currently based in Ireland.
I envision a world where businesses thrive, people live with Purpose, and the planet is a more understanding and inclusive place.
At 20 years old, I presented a Law proposal to the Italian Parliament. At 21, I represented Italy in China, in conjunction with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Summit. At 22, I served as international Team Leader at the European Youth Event. At 23, I travelled around the world as Representative of NOVA Business School.
After graduating with Honours and carrying out 11 projects in 8 countries, I pursued a Corporate career in Ireland as trusted Advisor to C-level Executives. In three years, I established the record of fastest promotion in EMEA, highest-performing negotiator Worldwide, and Host of company-wide Culture events.
While in Corporate, I witnessed the efforts to design effective Learning & Development Programs. Furthermore, I felt a growing desire to serve others and help them express their potential.
After years of research and investments in my skill set, I quit my Corporate job, founded the T1 Growth Academy and started the Breaking Through Podcast.
Nowadays I partner with companies to help their employees become Leaders of their life.
As a Self-Mastery Coach and Life Strategist, I serve worldwide Corporate & Private clients and I leverage Neuroscience, Behavioural Science and Neuro-Linguistic Programming to help young professionals who feel stuck in life find Purpose and strategize their goals.
I am currently writing a book on Leadership ("The entry-level Leader. How to make a difference from the bottom up") and a book (“Aspire”) on the main takeaways I learned while working with C-level Executives.
I had the honour of speaking in front of audiences between 50-1000 people and I truly enjoy seeing everyone engaged, energetic and inspired by my insights. For speaking engagements on:
