Extreme Mental Health Makeover
I designed this to equip leaders with the principles to cultivate a workplace that promotes mental wellness. Mental health can be a predictor of overall wellbeing. When infected by a toxic company culture the organization is contagious and is making their people sick Unreasonable demands, long hours, and workplace bullying can cause the performance of your company becomes congested, and the organization flatlines. Your people need C.P.R. Connection - Peer groups and support networks reduce stigma and encourage people to open up. When your employees feel connected, they feel cared for. Protection - A good leader is encouraging and values listening as a skill. Employees who feel protected, perform better. Redirection - Reasonable expectations limit stress and eliminate burnout. Give employees the right direction and they deliver. When a company is supportive the result is greater performance, increased productivity, and less missed work. A healthy workplace is good for business!
An Exceptional Leader C.A.R.E.S.
I designed An Exceptional Leader CARES program to teach organizations the strategies to transform the workplace into a healthy and supportive environment where your people will thrive! An unhealthy workplace means poor performance, more missed work, and failure to attract and retain top talent Great Leaders have the power to be instruments of change By making the workplace better your people improve, productivity increases, and the health of your profits will skyrocket! The 5 strategies of the C.A.R.E.S. action plan are Change culture – Transparency, reward contributions, & strong relationships Resource allocation - Make access to care easier Realign - Make the health and wellbeing of your people your number one priority Empathetic leadership - Successful leaders are “people-focused” Serve - A leader who aims to serve asks how they can help If you care for your people from the bottom of your heart, you will be amazed at what it does to your bottom line
Person - Centered Leadership
I designed Person-Centered Leadership to initiate leaders with the principals to get the utmost from their employees, so that they deliver their highest for the organization. Person-Centered Leadership was inspired by Carl Rogers a therapist who treated his patients like humans who had control over their outcomes instead of sick people that were helpless. He found that by being transparent, listening attentively & without judgement, & by making his clients feel like they were understood they grew, flourished, & became the best version of themselves As a leader if you commit to building strong relationships with the people you lead, & are authentic, accepting, & understanding there will be less burnout & conditions will improve. If motivation & commitment are nurtured with growth, development & wellbeing organizational success will be achieved. • You can play a crucial role in improving the mental health of your employees. • Happier people equals higher profits!
