Nichica F. Melton is focused, driven, and passionate. As a wife she partners with her husband in ministry, as well as parenting their six children. As a Realtor, she is the Broker/Owner of JEMs Realty and Design, LLC. She is the author of the book, "Breaking Free: My Purpose Is Waiting On Me" and as a Coach she helps entrepreneurs and future entrepreneurs break free from the cycle of identity crisis that has kept them from seeing and fulfilling their God given purpose.

Nichica is a powerful speaker and writer that connects with her audience in a personal and intimate way. She meets her audience right where they are and guides them through the journey of where they want to be. She loves the Lord with all of her heart and wants everyone to understand that every part of the journey is not always easy, but it is always worth it.
