How can you become a change maker in this world? It all starts from within! In this workshop, Pamela empowers audience members with the gifts of self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-love. She then talks about how to take those gifts and use them to create impactful changes within then and around them. This high energy presentation has it all, from personal stories and lots of crowd interaction to powerful words and music with a message – all geared toward tackling tough subjects like low self-esteem, bullying & hate, anxiety and stress. Students will walk away with tools to transform negatives into positives!

Get real with yourself and be who you are! (Not who everyone else wants you to be!) In this presentation, Pamela will help your audience realize that every part of who they are is what makes them unique, special and AWESOME. The audience will walk through a series of questions and games geared to show that we are all wonderfully different and that those differences can be positive, powerful things. Together, we call out the bullies, haters and hurters so their words and actions have no power anymore! This is all about self-confidence and self-love.

In this super-fun presentation, Pamela gives the audience tools they need to be better problem solvers and decision makers. Through personal stories, music, fun crowd interactions and group games, Pamela teaches how to be aware of what that little voice in your head is saying and how to choose to react and interact in productive ways. Participants will gain the knowledge to help them shift their perspectives to positive and be motivated to own their decisions and behaviors.
