I work with experienced professionals who are already performing well but feel a growing gap between what they do and what they actually want. My work focuses on helping them gain clarity and reposition their careers with intention, especially in moments of transition, misalignment or reinvention. My approach combines strategic thinking with deep reflection, working across three dimensions — identity, narrative and behavior — so the change is not only clear, but sustainable. With over two decades of experience in the corporate world, I bring a practical understanding of how careers actually evolve — including the invisible dynamics that shape opportunities, recognition and growth. After 24 years in executive roles, I made a significant career transition — leaving a senior leadership position to become a writer and focus on themes related to women’s lives, work and identity. This shift deeply informs my work, allowing me to connect strategy with lived experience. Beyond my work with individuals, I have built a strong presence as a writer and thought leader. Through a structured media strategy, my work has been featured across major Brazilian platforms such as Terra, R7, Carta Capital and Jovem Pan, as well as leading outlets in business, culture and human resources. I also became a regular columnist for AnaMaria magazine. This combination of strategic work and public voice allows me to bridge personal transformation with real-world context. This is not about quick fixes. It’s about gaining clarity, repositioning with intention and making decisions aligned with who you are and where you want to go.
