I help professionals cultivate unshakable wellbeing as a WHOLE person, so you can create fulfillment in life and success in your career which means you spend more time doing what you love.

As someone who has overcome mental and physical health struggles, I know the feeling of living in states of poor wellbeing and the impact it had on my character, my life and career.

I work with professionals from all walks of life to not only gain insight & clarity but begin designing their lives.

About Renee:

Renee is frequently called upon to speak and consult on wellbeing in the workplace and participate in engagements for Healthcare & Veterinary Companies, including Executive Retreats Conferences or Annual Meetings.

Renee entered the wellbeing arena as a veterinary professional, sharing her story and systems to overcome the daily challenges many professionals face.

Recognizing she was not an anomaly, instead, too many professionals were suffering unnecessarily. While the conversation about wellbeing in the workplace had started, no solid solutions existed. She started Mind of Bliss and co-founded Get MotiVETed to address those needs.

Renee now utilizes her 20+ years as a team leader and veterinary nurse to provide those solutions to a broad range of clients-- from corporations to small businesses, the national guard or to groups of like-minded peers.

These solutions apply to many areas in a person's, no matter your role. Best of all, they are a breath of fresh air, research-backed and anecdotal. In addition, the programs can enhance talent acquisition and retention, a much-needed strategy for any workplace.
