I'll simply remind you how it's done!

What sometimes seems like a simple skill can often be detrimental to business success. We all take some relationships for granted. I'll teach you how to maximize the expectations of people in the business world and use them to your advantage, and help you build long term partnerships based on trust and the alignment of goals for mutually beneficial results! In the end, people do business with those they trust and can count on. I've built my career on this very simple, yet under-utilized fact.

I've coached over 40 baseball and basketball teams over the last 25 years. All at the junior high and high school levels. Coaching is SO much more than x's and o's. It's mentoring. It's relationship building. It's motivating. It's teaching. And it's the most rewarding thing I've ever done outside of raising kids. The number of letters I've received has overwhelmed me; but the recent nomination of and becoming a finalist for an "Inspire Award" was a crowning achievement. In Simon Sinek's book "Start with Why," the author outlines why people succeed at anything. Coaching drives every part of my personality.

When I speak to lawyers, I always ask the question "what makes you different?" Over 40,000 people graduate from American law schools every year. That means, if you take any lawyer in this country and add 5 years both above and below his/her age; there are almost half a million lawyers in the country in their basic age bracket. What will set one lawyer apart from another? This is another reference and shout out to Simon Sinek's "Start with Why." We'll examine YOUR why, whether it's a business philosophy, a need to grow, or just to increase sales. But really? I'll make you a great story teller and you'll love the story.
