Dr. Ryan Lahti is the founder and managing principal of OrgLeader. He optimizes the performance of Fortune 500 and midsize organizations driven by science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) as well as leaders who run them. Ryan combines business experience in over 20 industries with a background in leadership assessment/development, executive coaching, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. His three decades of experience includes Bank of America, IBM, Beckman Coulter and Toyota.
Because exceptional leadership is crucial for optimizing STEM organizations, Ryan partners with leaders to help them develop key capabilities such as the seven essentials of finesse. He enhances high-potential leaders and proven high performers who hold positions up to board of director.
Prior to founding OrgLeader in 2006, Ryan worked for global consulting firms including Ernst & Young and Hay Group. He also held corporate positions where he oversaw leadership and organizational development. In his spare time, Ryan taught executive MBA and MBA courses on leadership, team dynamics and organizational behavior.

Ryan is a certified executive coach and member of the International Coach Federation, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology as well as Thomson Reuters Expert Witness Services.
He holds a B.A. in psychology/business administration from UCLA, an M.A. in industrial/organizational psychology from California State University Long Beach, and a Ph.D. in psychology/organizational science from the University of North Texas.
