Organizations choose me when they want a speaker and facilitator who can engage the room, make complex ideas practical, and move leaders toward action. I combine global speaking and facilitation experience with a deep Learning and Development background, so every session is grounded in how adults learn, practice, and change behavior. My style is warm, direct, conversational, and highly interactive. Participants work with clear frameworks, explore realistic leadership scenarios, practice what they are learning, and leave with tools they can use immediately. I have facilitated leadership experiences across four continents and worked with leaders across roles, industries, and cultures. I tailor each session to the organization’s goals and the audience’s context while creating an environment where people feel supported enough to participate and challenged enough to grow.
Practiced Presence™: An Executive Communication Lab
Workshop
Practiced Presence™ is a 12-month, practice-based executive communication lab designed for leaders who need to communicate clearly, confidently, and credibly in the moments that shape decisions and careers. Unlike one-time presentation training, this cohort experience gives leaders repeated opportunities to apply communication strategies, practice in realistic scenarios, receive meaningful feedback, and strengthen their skills over time. Participants work on executive updates, presentations, difficult conversations, questions and answers, and other high-visibility leadership moments. The experience includes a two-day in-person kickoff, monthly live practice labs, individual feedback, peer learning, and a capstone presentation delivered to executive sponsors. Each cohort is limited to 10–12 leaders to provide personalized attention and meaningful practice. Practiced Presence™ is ideal for organizations seeking measurable development in executive presence, presentation skills, leadership communication, and workplace influence.

Influence Without Authority
Leadership is not limited to the authority that comes with a title. Many professionals must gain support, advance initiatives, and influence decisions without formal authority over the people involved. Influence Without Authority introduces a practical three-part framework leaders can use to become more intentional about how they build credibility, understand stakeholders, and communicate their ideas. Participants learn how to identify what matters to the people they need to influence, adapt their approach without losing authenticity, and make clear, persuasive requests. Through realistic examples, reflection, and interactive application, participants use the Influence Map to examine an actual workplace challenge and develop a strategy for moving it forward. This program is ideal for emerging leaders, project leaders, cross-functional teams, individual contributors, and anyone responsible for producing results through collaboration. It can be delivered as a keynote, interactive workshop, or leadership development session.
